The 2018 season will finish with Presentation Day on Sunday 16th of September. This day provides an opportunity to gather as a team for one last time and celebrate the many achievements of the season.
This year, we invite all teams to gather as a year group in our social room in the Pavilion. We have attached a schedule so that you can see the start (and finish time) each year group has been allocated. Each year group will have a dedicated time slot allowing for:
- Welcome by a Committee Member
- Coach’s Presentation
- Distribution of Medals and Trophies, Team Photos and Canteen Vouchers
- Thank you / Close by a Committee Member
- Club Song – Belt it out together one last time so get your videos ready parents!
For year groups that have four teams, use 10 minutes each as a guide, whereas year groups that have three times (or less) will have more time.
It’s going to be really important that players (and parents) are all sitting down quickly so that presentations can get underway without delay. The room will be set up so that players will be closest to the stage and parents will be at the back of the room. Committee members will be available to assist you throughout the day should you need anything.
The Canteen will be open for each player to redeem a hot dog and a can of soft drink OR bottle of water.
If you would like to stay at the grounds with your team, you’re most welcome, however please note that presentations will take place in the social room until 3:00pm, so as not to interrupt the presentations we will open the change rooms for toilet access.
