Each year, hundreds of boys and girls throughout Australia take part in the AFL Auskick football clinics on Saturday mornings. Children from Prep through to Grade Six can join in the program that is designed to provide an environment where making friends, having fun with their parents and improving their skills are the most important goals.
Children, regardless of their ability, will improve their ball handling skills, health, fitness and confidence playing a team sport. Children also may get an opportunity to play a match on the MCG or Etihad Stadium - imagine that!

There are three Auskick centres associated with the Ashy Redbacks in the areas of Ashburton, Burwood and Glen Iris.

Ashy Redbacks is the affiliated club of all three centres and we encourage Auskickers aged 7 and over who are interested in playing club football to join the Ashy Redbacks.
